So today is my second day of Thai Chi training and I love it. It is so relaxing but I can really feel it in my thighs and abdomen so I know I'm doing it right. We added the Thai Chi to my workout routine for my once a month 3 day low impact days, but we have decided to keep it for my regular training as a cool down at the end. Hopefully in the next week or so I can get the first form of the Thai Chi taped and I will get it up here.
